Those who have recently received their brand new MBNA Credit Cards must go through the activation process before using it. While activating, you will be prompted to register for the Online Access of the Credit card account. With Online Banking, you will be able to smoothly manage your credit cards.  Here is how to easily activate:

• Open your browser and visit www.mbna.co.uk/
• Hover the cursor on Credit Cards from the top menu bar.

 

 

• Select Managing your account.
• Click on Activate Your Card.
• Click on Activate your credit card
• Enter the 13 to 16 digits Credit Card Number.
• Type in the Date of Birth (dd-mm-yyyy)
• Enter the Expiry Date(mm-yy)

 

• Click on the Activate

 

Your card will be activated.  The best thing about online activation is that, if you have any additional card along with the primary card, it will be automatically activated too. If you do not wish to activate the additional card but only the primary card, give a call at 0345 607 2263 within 7 am-11 pm, 7 days a week. This is especially recommended if you still haven’t received your additional card physically yet.

Registering For MBNA Credit Card Online Access

Here is how to enroll your MBNA Credit Card Online:

• Tap on Register on the extreme top right portion.
• Enter the following information one by one:

4. Date of Birth.
5. UK Postcode.
6. Credit Card Number (in case of additional cards, you can add any of the credit card number provided it is already activated)

• Click on the Continue
• Set up Username and Password as per the prompts.
• Pick up the Security Questions and Answers.
• Complete the Account Set Up.

 

Login to Online Access MBNA

On setting up Online Access, you can immediately start using the Online Account. In which case, you need to go through the following steps:

• Open your browser and visit  www.mbna.co.uk/
• Select Login from the extreme top right portion.
• Type in your account Username.
• Enter the Password.
• You may tap on Remember my username if you wish the browser to save your credentials on your next login. Skip the step if you are accessing from a public computer.
• Click on the Continue

 

Reset Password

To reset the forgotten password you need to:

• Open your browser and visit  www.mbna.co.uk
• Select Login from the extreme top right portion.
• Click on Forgotten your login details.
• Verify your account by mentioning:

3. Last Name.
4. Date of Birth(dd-mm-yyyy)

• Click on the Continue
• Set up the Password as per the instruction.
• Return to the Online Access login page and re-login to your account using the newly set password to confirm.

 

Retrieve Username

In case you forget the username itself:

• Open your browser and visit www.mbna.co.uk/
• Select Login from the extreme top right portion.
• Tap on Forgotten your login details.
• Click on Find out your username.
• Enter 16 digits Credit card Number.
• Type in your First Name.
• Mention your Last Name
• State your Date of Birth (dd-mm-yyyy).
• Tap on Continue.
